چکیده
This study is designed to highlight the association between high level of blood glucose and cholesterol triglycerides. Thirty persons divided into six groups according age. Groups A, B, C, D, E are patients that compared with control group N. Three biomedical parameters were assessed in current including random sugar (RBS), triglycerides levels. Statistical analysis showed significant differences patients' groups. Also, confirmed a strong relation levels respectively. These results confirm scientific recommendations about life style, diabetes management eating habits

Vegetarian diet and cholesterol and triglycerides levels.
OBJECTIVE Compare levels of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) among vegetarians and omnivores. METHODS Blood samples were collected from 76 individuals--both males and females--separated in four different diet groups: omnivores, lacto-ovo vegetarians, lacto vegetarians, and restricted vegetarians (or vegans). Dosing was...
متن کاملCholesterol remnants and triglycerides are associated with decreased myocardial function in patients with type 2 diabetes
BACKGROUND Recently, genetic studies have suggested a causal relationship between cholesterol remnants and ischemic heart disease. We aimed to determine whether cholesterol remnants and its marker, triglyceride levels, are associated with cardiac function as determined by sensitive echocardiographic measures in a population of patients with type 2 diabetes. METHODS Comprehensive echocardiogra...
متن کاملRatio of triglycerides to HDL cholesterol is an indicator of LDL particle size in patients with type 2 diabetes and normal HDL cholesterol levels.
OBJECTIVE In patients with type 2 diabetes, a normal HDL cholesterol level does not rule out that LDL particles may be small. Although techniques for analyzing LDL subfractions are not likely to be used in clinical practice, a prediction of LDL size based on a regular lipid profile may be useful for assessment of cardiovascular risk. RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS Sixty patients with type 2 diab...

D iabetes carries a high risk of atherosclerosis, and cardiovascular disease, especially coronary heart disease (CHD) and stroke, is by far the leading cause of death among patients with type 2 diabetes. Although statins reduce the risk of major vascular events by about one-fifth per millimole per liter reduction in LDL cholesterol, with similar proportional reductions in major coronary events,...
متن کاملEffect of Aerobic and Resistance Training on GDF-15 Levels in Patients with Type 1 Diabetes
Background and purpose: Increasing prevalence of diabetes and its complications, including cardiovascular problems increase the cost of health care which could be diminished with proper planning to change lifestyle. The present study investigated the effect of aerobic and resistance trainings on blood GDF15 level as a protective marker on cardiovascular cells in patients with type 1 diabetes. ...
